VOIspeed supports call recording - every call, every line, every extension - at no extra cost. The whole system costs less than the cost of a voice recorder alone in some cases!
VOIspeed allows users to record calls by pressing "record" - and this feature can be enabled - or not - on a per user basis.
VOIspeed can also be set up to record every single call - inbound and outbound. Calls are stored on the server as WAV files, which can be played on a PC or burned to CD-ROM etc.
